Britney Spears: Britney Spears 48-hour birthday romp with husband

Looks like Britney and Kevin celebrated her 23rd birthday in style. They holed up in the presidential suite at the Bacara hotel in Santa Barbara and no one saw them all weekend except for a short meal break.

Insiders say she is trying to get pregnant and staff at the hotel say a "do not distrub" sign was up all weekend and Britney and Kevin refused to answer the door for flowers and a birthday cake sent up by the hotel.

Looks like Britney knows how to celebrate a newlywed birthday in style!
