Spears Makes Worst Autograph Signer Top 10
The news is coming in from all over the place. Seems in the upcoming March issue of Autograph Collector magazine, Britney Spears will be on their 13th annual top 10 worst autograph signers list.The bustle on the news feeds comes after magazine publisher Steve Cyrkin told People that no one is better at "showing their fans how little they mean to them."
