Britney Angers Jive Records so Original Doll is Postponed
The big news today comes from Lisa Thurrock of the BBC Entertainment UK who says that Britney's next album project titled "Original Doll" has been postponed since she announced it on the radio a few weeks ago without their permission.Spears appeared unexpectantly on KIIS FM and announced she was "half way through the recording process" of a new album and fans should look for "Original Doll" sometime in late summer. Then she went on to play some of a new song titled "Mona Lisa", which also seems to be her new alternate persona, and it hit the Internet in moments, spoiling the surprise Jive had planned on.
So now they are shelving the project and even Britney said in a recent interview on TRL, that there are no plans for an album or a tour at this time but she will do some sort of show this year.
